FloodPing is an IoT-based flood monitoring system that provides real-time water level monitoring, alert notifications, and evacuation guidance. The service includes:

• Monitoring of water levels through sensors categorized as Normal, Low, Moderate, and Critical.
• Alerts to Local Authorities and registered residents via SMS and web notifications.
• A live-stream feature for residents to monitor water levels and stay informed.

FloodPing does not use your personal information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. User Roles and Access

FloodPing has different access levels and responsibilities based on user roles:

• Admins: Manage user accounts, including creating, registering, and archiving Local Authorities and residents.
• Local Authorities: Monitor water levels, confirm alerts, and notify residents during flood events.
• Residents: Access the homepage for live-streaming and flood information but do not have login privileges.

Users agree to use their assigned roles responsibly and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

All users of FloodPing agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information for account setup, alerts, and notifications.
• Responsible Use: Users must use the system solely for flood monitoring and alert purposes and avoid any actions that could disrupt the platform's operation.
• Account Security: Admins and Local Authorities must keep their login credentials secure and confidential. Unauthorized sharing of credentials is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users of FloodPing are prohibited from:

Tampering with the System: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with FloodPing's sensors, live stream, or alert functionalities.

Misuse of Information: Using or distributing FloodPing's data or user information for unauthorized purposes.

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the platform. FloodPing reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users engaging in prohibited activities.

6. Data and Privacy Protection
